LED Walls for Versace @ Saks 5th Ave

Saks Fifth Avenue is an American luxury department store owned by the oldest commercial corporation in North America, the Hudson’s Bay Company. Its main flagship store is located on Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, New York City.

In this project for Versace Italy, we created two LED walls for Saks large display windows overlooking Fifth Ave. The project was run and executed by ATD using our Dataton Watchout system, which kept audio and video perfectly in sync for over 2 weeks. We designed and fabricated a special ground support system for our LED walls that could roll forward and back to just 2 inches off the wall, so that the Saks’ merchandisers could move around the space to arrange the new Versace collection. The limited 8 hours setup period and the extremely tight space made this a challenging but rewarding project.
