United Nations Interactive LED Wall
To mark the International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation, 6 February, UNFPA, the United Nations sexual and reproductive health agency organized an interactive exhibition and event: “A Piece of Me” that sheds light on a harmful practice that is still prevalent in many parts of the world.
ATD Audio Visual was honored to provide a three-sided LED video wall exhibit. The technology helped truly immerse viewers in this unique experience with a strong message. The ultra high-resolution LED wall totaled 45 feet in width and over 8 feet high.
In addition, we installed a surround sound system utilizing L’Acoustics 5XT speakers and SB15 subwoofer. This custom surround arrangement was rigged to the the LED wall for a clean viewing experience. The video content was controlled by Disguise Solo media servers. These servers were used due to their ability to handle large custom resolution outputs, and seamless looping.
